Project Description
Yeneda Street, is a luxury split level residence over two levels, designed by one of Melbourne’s most renown architects.
This project features overhang roof canopies with no structure in the corners for full wrap around glazing. A pod and paver system was used to provide streamline access to the alfresco dining. The large roof overhangs have been achieved by accurately calculating the required pre-cambers to the roof beams.
G&P were engaged for all aspects of both the structural and civil design of this project, including the design and certification of the swimming pool, which was integrated into the main structure.
