Jeremy Grosbois

Director, Senior Engineer

Jeremy has over 13 years of experience in the buildings sector of the construction industry, and is highly experienced in all aspects of structural design. His project experience is highly diversified, with project experience in retail, educational, residential, commercial office, and industrial warehouses developments. He is experienced in large scale projects, and has delivered projects that are in excess of $300million in project value.

Jeremy has a strong reputation with repeat clients for the innovation and technical knowledge he presents to all his projects. Jeremy is highly experienced in large civil land establishment projects, with experience in the delivery of civil subdivision projects and civil design management through negotiations with all project authorities.

Jeremy also has Property Development experience of his own projects, having expert understanding of his clients’ needs and processes.

Jeremy is a professional member of Engineers Australia, and is a registered building practitioner in the states of Victoria, Northern Territory, Queensland, New South Wales, and Tasmania. Jeremy is also a registered engineer on the National Engineering Register in the fields of both structural and civil engineering.

Jon Lomocso

Civil Design Engineer

Jon is highly experienced with working in civil works projects in both the public and private sectors at a local and international level.

Jon has a high level of technical ability with computer-aided design and 3D modelling. He has worked on diverse Civil Engineering projects in road reconstruction, stormwater management, and water sensitive urban design. He works closely with local councils, architects and private developers to deliver efficient design outcomes, whilst not compromising on quality.

He is a professional member of Engineers Australia.  

Reece Zheng

Structural Design Engineer

Reece is a well established structural design engineer who is highly knowledgeable in all aspects of structural design for a diverse range of projects. He is exceptionally motived to deliver client based cost effective design to all his projects, and consistently delivers high quality structural analyses of building systems using the most recent technologies and 3D analysis.

Reece has a sound knowledge of construction processes and consistently provides value engineering solutions to ensure effective construction sequencing.

Having accomplished is Honours Bachelor of Engineering with the University of Melbourne, Reece also completed his post-graduate Master of Engineering (Structural), and is a professional member of Engineers Australia.

Santhad Dahnpitak

Senior Structural Engineer

Santhad has over 20 years experience in the construction industry in both Civil & Structural Engineering roles in Australia and South East Asia. Since coming to Australia in 2006, he has been responsible for the design and documentation of residential and commercial buildings and temporary structures. He is also experienced in site supervision and project management duties for construction of diversion and earth dam, water distribution systems, residential buildings, industrial factories and architectural buildings.

Terry Wilson

Lead Forensic Engineer

Terry has extensive experience in investigating the structural failures of residential buildings. From identifying and analysing the causation of their failures, to presenting compliant solutions for rectification works.

With a meticulous eye for identifying damage, exceptional knowledge of contributing factors and broad knowledge of failure types, Terry has a strong ability to come to sound conclusions and deliver comprehensive reports to our clients.

Terry graduated from Swinburne University of Technology with a Bachelor of Engineering degree (honors) and a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Management).

Gwenda Chan

Forensic Engineer

Gwenda has an extensive range of experience in investigations relating to structural damage of various structures. She has a keen eye for fine detail and looks into past and present issues to present a holistic approach to forensic investigations and the many factors contributing to structural damage. She has a vast range of experience to help her identify cause, reason and solution to the dilapidation observed. Gwenda treats every job with compassion and leaves no stone unturned.

Gwenda has past experience working in both design and construction teams for both the public and private sector, which has formed her views and ideas to cover a variety of aspects in various engineering disciplines. She has the drive to always seek out new resources and opportunities broadening her engineering knowledge.

Gwenda graduated with High Distinction recognition in her Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honours) and Bachelor of Business (International Business) at the Swinburne University of Technology.
