Project Description
Vincent street apartments is a luxury townhouses development over two levels above a basement level. The design features angled walls and roofs, full glazed facades, and a private lift to each residence. The basement is constructed of a piled retention system, with a transfer slab at ground level.
G&P were engaged for both the structural and civil drainage design of this project.
