Project Description
This is a residential apartment development of 21 apartments over three levels with undercroft basement parking.
The building featured a split levelled design, whereby G&P designed an above slab wall supporting the levels above ground level transfer slab.
This project consisted of a piled basement with car pits, and an AFS concrete walling system over all levels.
G&P completed the structural design & certification of this project
