The retail development at Station Street is a dual tenancy commercial development suitable for retail and hospitality, featuring an outdoor alfresco dining off one of the tenancies.
This project features large canopy overhangs to the roof structure over the alfresco, with angled columns supporting the roof.
G&P provided both the civil subdivision design service and the structural engineering design of this project.
