Project Description
Orrong Road townhouses are architecturally designed luxury townhouses, consisting of three levels plus roof top terrace level above a basement car park. Each townhouse features large open space with full glaze openings and window pelmet designs.
The basement is a piled basement with a transfer ground level slab. Above ground level is steel and timber framing over all three levels plus terrace level.
G&P were engaged to provide all aspects of the structural and civil drainage design for this project.
