Project Description
Merricks Road residence is an architecturally design residence featuring large open spaces, full glazed windows with wrap around pelmets and rammed earth construction for feature walls. This project featured front page on Domain Property magazine for its attention to detail in the architecture of the residence.
Also included in the design of this home is an above water alfresco dining pontoon overlooking the established dam.
G&P were engaged for all aspects of both the structural and civil design of this project.
