Project Description
Malvern Road townhouses is a luxury, architecturally designed, townhouse development comprising of 3 level townhouses above a basement carpark. Each townhouse is service by their own private lift. The basement construction is a piled basement, with a conventional ground level transfer slab. Above the ground level transfer slab, each townhouse is designed structurally with timber and steel framing.
The townhouses feature full glazed facades to the rear of each townhouse, and angled walls and roof structures.
The civil design incorporated water sensitive urban design by the use of MUSIC modelling for water filtration.
G&P were engaged for all aspects of both the structural and civil drainage design of this project.
