G&P are regularly engaged to complete Forensic Structural Integrity Assessment reports, including a detailed Scope of Works, for Insurance claims due to fire damages.
A fire occurred within the Garage of this townhouse, causing structural damage to the first floor and lower roofs. G&P were engaged to confirm the extent of structural damages and members which required replacement.
G&P were then engaged to complete all structural rectification design works.
