Project Description
Jennings Street Residence, is a two story residence over a below ground basement level. Jennings St Residence features everything you would expect in a luxury family residence, including lift, gymnasium, cellar, basement parking, swimming pool and living spacing promoting family unity.
This project was constructed of a piled basement, ground level suspended slab and framed construction above ground level.
G&P were engaged for all aspects of both the structural and civil design of this project, including the design and certification of the basement pump and wet-well.
