Project Description
Hailes Street Apartments is a mixed use development, with the ground level consisting of an aged care facility, and the levels above ground level being residential apartments.
This project consists of 21 apartments over five levels above a basement level carpark, with a roof top communal level. This project has been designed for PT slabs over all levels, with a mix of AFS and block wall systems.
G&P were engaged for all aspects of both the structural and civil drainage design of this development. The drainage design was documented over all levels and coordinated into the structural design of the project.
