Project Description

Elmslie drive townhouses is a 76 lot townhouse development of two-storey dwellings.

G&P have completed the civil works design & documentation for this project, coordinating the design of sewerage, roads, water reticulation, earthwork volumes & levels, NBN, electrical and drainage design.  This has all been achieved by 3D modelling of each of the civil  services.

In addition to the civil works design & documentation, G&P have managed all the authority applications and approvals for supply offers to the site, and negotiated authority terms where applicable.

G&P have also completed the structural design & documentation of all the buildings on the site.
