This project is a mixed retail and residential apartment development over four levels with basement parking beneath apartment levels. Ground level consists of two retail tenancies, with three levels of apartments above first floor.
An insitu concrete walling system has been proposed for construction of the development, due to site access restrictions off Burwood Highway and fast onsite delivery.
G&P have been engaged to do the initial site investigation and procedures report for the safe removal and demolition of the pre-existing structures on the site, deliver all aspects of the structural engineering design and provide the detailed civil storm-water drainage design.
