Director, Senior Engineer

Jeremy has over 13 years of experience in the buildings sector of the construction industry, and is highly experienced in all aspects of structural design. His project experience is highly diversified, with project experience in retail, educational, residential, commercial office, and industrial warehouses developments. He is experienced in large scale projects, and has delivered projects that are in excess of $300million in project value.

Jeremy has a strong reputation with repeat clients for the innovation and technical knowledge he presents to all his projects. Jeremy is highly experienced in large civil land establishment projects, with experience in the delivery of civil subdivision projects and civil design management through negotiations with all project authorities.

Jeremy also has Property Development experience of his own projects, having expert understanding of his clients’ needs and processes.

Jeremy is a professional member of Engineers Australia, and is a registered building practitioner in the states of Victoria, Northern Territory, Queensland, New South Wales, and Tasmania. Jeremy is also a registered engineer on the National Engineering Register in the fields of both structural and civil engineering.

Terry Wilson

Lead Forensic Engineer

Terry has extensive experience in investigating the structural failures of residential buildings. From identifying and analysing the causation of their failures, to presenting compliant solutions for rectification works.

With a meticulous eye for identifying damage, exceptional knowledge of contributing factors and broad knowledge of failure types, Terry has a strong ability to come to sound conclusions and deliver comprehensive reports to our clients.

Terry graduated from Swinburne University of Technology with a Bachelor of Engineering degree (honors) and a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Management).

Suvini Gamage

Administration & Marketing Officer

Suvini combines her background in marketing with her experience in administration to inform her creative approach and add value to G&P within her role as an Administration and Marketing Officer.

She works closely within our team to perform all office operations, coordinate and liaise with valuable clients, manage our social media presence, and provide direct support to our company director.
