Project Description
Bank Road apartments, is an apartment development consisting of 16 luxury apartments over 3 levels plus basement parking level. There is a roof top terrace level with ocean views of Edithvale beach.
The basement will be constructed of a piled system, with shallow water table affects incorporated into the basement design for both the civil drainage and structural design. The development is constructed of precast concrete panels over all levels to select load bearing walls, whilst maximising slab spans to reduce load bearing elements within the building.
G&P have been engaged to deliver all aspects of the structural & civil drainage design and certification of the development.
